Cancellation Policy
At HWH Studio, we value your time and commitment to your well-being. To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we have established the following booking and cancellation guidelines across our locations. Booking & Rescheduling Clients may manage their own bookings online and reschedule their sessions up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled class. For bookings at Burj Al Arab, where our system is not automated, rescheduling requests must be sent via WhatsApp, and our team will process them accordingly. Cancellation & No-Show Fees To uphold the integrity of our scheduling and honor the commitment of our instructors, the following cancellation fees apply: More than 24 hours before the session – No charge. Between 24 hours and 12 hours before the session – AED 50 cancellation fee. Less than 12 hours before the session or failure to attend – 100% of the payment will be charged. These policies are in place to maintain the quality of our offerings and ensure that every client has the opportunity to enjoy their experience with HWH Studio.
