In this guided breathwork experience, participants will explore the breath as a powerful tool for regulating the nervous system, releasing built-up tension, and returning to a state of clarity and calm.
Through a series of simple yet powerful breathing techniques, this session will help shift the body out of stress and into a more balanced and grounded state. Participants will learn how conscious breathing influences the brain, body, and emotional state, and how to use the breath as a practical tool in everyday life.
